Title                      : Unified Communication infrastructure Deployment at beIN Sports, Doha

Client                   : beIN Sports (Aljazeera TV)                                                                       

Period                  : June’ 14 to Oct’ 14

Scope: The Project was aimed to deployed Polycom unified video conference infrastructure & ITP at Doha and Paris, The Polycom UC infrastructure integrated Active directories, Exchange, NTP, CUCM and PCO (Polycom conference tool for Outlook) deployed for Secretaries ad hoc conference scheduling. All the endpoints are provisioned on RPRM using active directories credentials, each endpoint has unique 4 digits E.164 and ISDN calls are directly routed to specific endpoints using ISDN DID and E.164 configuration.

Scope: The Project was aimed to upgrade the Existing Video conference infrastructure for SIP & H264 also Use Layer 7 Switch which enables the call control using dedicated MPLS Trunk with all Member Network Service Providers. OVCC defined the specific E.164 number series to all the network service provider, All the Layer 7 Switch of each NSPs are adjacent of each other and it routes the call based on E.164 number also basis of network or bridge uses Providers do the billing settlements.  It involves analysis of the current eco-system, planning resources, defining, and monitoring key project parameters / KPI’s and working with various teams from Business, Application, Network, Infrastructure, Security and Regulatory for implementation and subsequent handover to the operations.

Title                      : Video Gateway and Video IVR Deployment (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata & Bangalore)

Scope: The project aimed to Deploy Video Gateways & Video IVRs at 4 Hub locations and connect it to 23 circles redundant MSCs. Managed Ericsson, HP for platform and 5-6 application partner for application deployment during the project also as being a Central Spoke Co-ordinated with all 23-telecom circle Infrastructure team for E1 ordering, argumentation, kick testing and live traffic testing. This was a cross-functional engagement project where we defined the processes with cross functional teams with proper planning, monitoring, and execution and within the defined timelines. It involved working with Business, Application, Network, and Infrastructure and Security teams with a defined implementation strategy.

Binary code testing on new SIM and then end to end Service testing on staging platform before code change implemented on production and again end to end Service testing co-ordination with all stakeholders. Proper implementation plans, planning, senior management reviews were held on a biweekly basis to discuss progress. It also involved working closely with Cross functional teams to meet the end objective of this Project.

Scope: This project was aimed to upgrade the audio and video conference infrastructure, functional testing and Internal UAT, CSD UAT, RA Validation and Trainings to Level 1 and CSD Teams. Prior to going live Customer data migration, Reports, and new billing development, testing and final roll out. Proper implementation plans, planning, management reviews were held on a weekly basis to discuss progress. It also involved working closely with Cross functional teams to meet the end objective of this Project. The support architecture was also customized to meet the customer’s requirements. The project was successfully implemented, and learnings were documented for future implementations.

Scope: This project was aimed at designing and deploying 40 smart classes with Video conferencing and individual touch panel control. All 40 rooms should be able to control from a centralized control room. We deployed CAT5 Based Video Switcher, Cat 5 based Crestron controller and touch panel for each room and Crestron controller and big touch panel to control the entire facilities. We also design and deployed auditoriums with Barco rear projection video walls.
